I recently had the opportunity to spend a morning on a Richard Lewis photo workshop at a salvage yard/junkyard in Atco (in the Pine Barrens in south Jersey). While it may not seem like a great place to take photos, it really is as there’s a lot of details and thinks to “see”. It was a very cool place to spend a morning taking photos and spending time with other photographers. It was amazing how they just let us wander, scrambling over and around stuff.
